Residents of West Texas and Southern New Mexico cherish the wide-open spaces of our rugged desert landscape. A sense of “limitless horizons” and “untamed wilderness” inspires on many levels. Open natural areas also provide more tangible benefits to our community: recreation, education and an overall healthy ecosystem.
